We cannot recommend Pampered Floof highly enough. Our cat Peggy is over 15 years old and has diabetes, so her care is a bit more complex with twice daily insulin injections and close monitoring. She has stayed with Julie a couple of times now and the level of care and attention has been outstanding. Julie is fantastic to deal with, very calm and knowledgeable, and communicates clearly around pick up and drop off times so everything is easy and stress free. We always felt confident that Peggy was in safe hands, and the pricing is very reasonable given the care involved. Huge thanks to Julie for looking after our old girl so well.

Whenever I go overseas, I entrust my cat Max to Julie. We have been using her cat boarding service since October 2023, and Max is always very relaxed when we pick him up, which gives us great peace of mind. I still remember the first time I sent Max to Julie. As a first-time cat owner, I was quite anxious and often ended up getting bitten or scratched. Julie patiently explained cat temperament to me and guided me on how to handle situations when Max tried to bite or scratch. Her advice was incredibly helpful. On another occasion, while I was overseas, Julie contacted me to let me know that Max had developed an abscess on his head. She promptly took him to see a vet and cared for him attentively. I was extremely grateful for her quick action and dedication. I feel completely comfortable leaving Max in the care of Julie and her wonderful assistant, Jacob. It’s clear that they genuinely adore him. I have tried cat boarding at another veterinary clinic before, but ultimately I still believe Pampered Floof is the best place for Max. Julie and Jacob truly love and care for the animals, and it really shows!
