Starting On The Right Foot
Getting in early with puppy preschool is the best way to start your life together, ensuring both you and your pet learn healthy habits and learn to live well together. Designed for puppies from 8-18 weeks old, we not only teach your puppy, but we equip you with the knowledge and skills to continue their learning as they grow. Julie is an accredited, Delta certified trainer and uses the latest force-free methods.
What You Learn
Puppy preschool is made for the early, critical time in a puppy’s development as they learn responsible socialising and learn new skills for the first time. The course covers areas including:
- How to correctly fade undesirable behaviours such as jumping and puppy biting
- Toilet training techniques
- How to train your puppy using the latest force-free methods
- How to regain your puppy’s focus
- How to settle your puppy
- What to do when your puppy is destructive
- How to keep your puppy happy when left alone
Puppy preschool is also about teaching you just as much as your dog. We help you understand how dogs think and what they need to thrive, helping you to communicate effectively with your puppy. Importantly, we teach you the basic elements you need to know to continue their training and learning as they grow so they continue with the good habits introduced at puppy preschool.
