We boarded our cat Leo with Julie and Jacob for 6 days and we're extremely happy with their service. They were friendly, accommodating and reassuring. We were able to view the facility before drop off day which gave me peace of mind. Leo has come home and it's obvious he has been well looked after. We cannot recommend Pampered Floof highly enough. Our cat Peggy is over 15 years old and has diabetes, so her care is a bit more complex with twice daily insulin injections and close monitoring. She has stayed with Julie a couple of times now and the level of care and attention has been outstanding. Julie is fantastic to deal with, very calm and knowledgeable, and communicates clearly around pick up and drop off times so everything is easy and stress free. We always felt confident that Peggy was in safe hands, and the pricing is very reasonable given the care involved. Huge thanks to Julie for looking after our old girl so well.
